Hello

With over 18 years of experience as a massage therapist and skin specialist, I have helped countless clients manage body pain and skin concerns. I soon realised that the missing piece for true well-being wasn’t simply physical care but also mental and emotional balance.

 

Each of us have challenging moments in our lives and my personal journey led me to mindfulness during some personal difficult times. Whilst navigating perimenopause and coping with family grief, I collated many tools to help manage these tough times. I experienced firsthand how mindfulness could ease anxiety, quiet overthinking, and shift negative thought patterns. Learning meditation and various mindfulness techniques not only helped me through this period but also revealed my true purpose: to guide others toward greater calm, resilience, and self-awareness.

Now, as an accredited and qualified mindfulness practitioner, I integrate these powerful practices into my work, offering practical tools for stress relief, emotional balance, and overall well-being. I am passionate about sharing the knowledge I’ve gained so that others can experience the same transformation.
